Bhopal, Oct. 23 -- In a surprising development, Rajya Sabha Member and erstwhile Madhya Pradesh chief minister Digvijaya Singh's younger sibling-cum-Congress legislator Lakshman Singh met Bharatiya Janata Party Vice President and former chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Wednesday at Mr Chouhan's residence in the state capital.
The approximately 20-minute-long interaction sparked off various types of speculation in political corridors though the leader duo described it as a "courtesy" meeting. Mr L Singh - who represented Rajgarh in the 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th and 14th Lok Sabhas - once changed loyalties to the saffron camp but returned to Congress fold some years back.
