Belthangadi, Aug. 26 -- In a dramatic turn in the ongoing Dharmasthala case, Sujatha Bhat, one of the key figures linked to the controversy, arrived at the Special Investigation Team (SIT) office in Beltangady at 5 am today, hours before officials and police personnel were scheduled to report for duty.
The SIT had earlier issued her a notice for questioning in connection with the case involving allegations and counter-allegations over the disappearance of her alleged daughter, Ananya Bhat. Arriving with her lawyer, Sujatha Bhat signalled her readiness to face interrogation before the investigating team.
