Dharamshala, Dec. 19 -- The Kangra Valley Carnival will be held from December 24 to 31, showcasing a blend of culture, sports and digital attractions.
A major highlight of the carnival will be the participation of more than 1,000 women dressed in traditional Gaddi and Jhamakda attire, who will perform folk dances in Dharamshala between December 29 and 31.
The eight-day event will feature a wide range of activities, including cultural programmes, a marathon, cricket and football tournaments, a fashion show, drone displays, as well as literature and theatre events. Fireworks are planned to mark the concluding day on December 31.
