Dehra Dun, Sept. 25 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami today called the Uttarakhand Subordinate Services Selection Commission examination paper leak issue a "Nakal Jihad" (cheating jihad) after the arrest of the main accused - a candidate belonging to the minority community.
Dhami made the remark after the arrest of the main accused Khalid and his sister Sabia in the recent paper leak case.
