Bhubaneswar, Feb. 7 -- Odisha Director General of Police (DGP), Yogesh Bahadur Khurania, on Friday ordered the complete eradication of cannabis cultivation across the state.
Chairing a review meeting via virtual mode on the special police campaign against cannabis cultivation, Khurania directed District SPs to identify cannabis mafias and take strict action against them.
The DGP stated that this special campaign will continue until March 31 and instructed senior officers to ensure the complete eradication of cannabis cultivation during this period.
