Srinagar, July 9 -- J&K Director General of Police, Nalin Prabhat today conducted a comprehensive review of the security scenario in North Kashmir, an official said.
The DGP, accompanied by the Inspector General of Police Kashmir, reviewed the security scenario and chaired a high-level meeting with district police chiefs of north Kashmir districts to assess the ground situation.
A police spokesman said the DGP later interacted with Special Operations Group (SOG) personnel of J&K Police and ground forces, appreciating their commitment and professionalism in maintaining peace and stability.
