Deoghar, July 12 -- In a tech-driven initiative aimed at improving the pilgrim experience, the Deoghar district administration has introduced QR code-enabled grievance redressal across the Shravani Mela premises.
Devotees can now scan strategically placed QR codes to instantly report problems they encounter during the fair - from sanitation lapses to water shortages and medical facility issues.
Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate Naman Priyesh Lakra informed that under directives from the state government, focused efforts are being made to ensure the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of visiting pilgrims.
