Kolkata, March 4 -- The IRSME officer of 2009 batch Devidatta
Satapathy has been appointed as the Chief Vigilance Officer of Syama
Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata, official sources said on Tuesday.
Port Chairman Rathendra Raman formally welcomed Devidatta Satapathy as
the new Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) in an introductory session held
in the port complex where officers from both Kolkata Dock System and Haldia Dock
Complex were present.
Satapathy was an officer of the Indian Railway Service of Mechanical
Engineers (IRSME-2009) and joined SMPK on March 3, 2025. Satapathy has
over 20 years of experience across government and public sector organizations, his
