Chandigarh/Patna, Oct. 29 -- Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini today said that the double-engine government, powered by both the Centre and the state, has accelerated Bihar's growth trajectory, bringing visible change across sectors.

Addressing a public meeting here ahead of the state Assembly elections, Saini highlighted the state's achievements under Chief Minister Nitish Kumar's leadership, and said Bihar has witnessed rapid progress in infrastructure, electricity, education, and healthcare.
