Srinagar, July 25 -- Jammu and Kashmir Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhry today launched a sharp attack on the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), questioning its claims of eradicating corruption and militancy in the Union Territory.
He also hit out at BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh, accusing him of making provocative and baseless statements to gain media attention.
Choudhry's remarks came in response to Chugh's recent allegations that former Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah was playing "communally divisive politics" at the behest of Pakistan's ISI.
