Chennai, Jan. 18 -- The departure of the Vistara Airlines
flight in which Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswami was to
leave for New Delhi, was delayed by about 15 minutes due to non
stop crying by a four-month-old infant inside the aircraft.
A couple with their four-month-old child were also travelling
to Delhi in the same flight.
Airport sources said, the flight, with 93 passengers, including
the Chief Minister, was ready for take off at around 1200
noon.
The child started crying in her mother's lap. Though her
mother made efforts, the infant did not stop it and
continuously cried causing disturbance to other
passengers.
