Patna, Feb. 21 -- Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and Revenue and Land Reforms Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha on Saturday assured that his department would accomplish the targets by March 31.

Sinha told news persons here that revenue employees have been asked to accomplish the set targets within the stipulated timeframe. He assured that the government would sympathetically consider the points agreed upon earlier and fulfil appropriate demands of employees, including enhancement of grade pay and other necessary facilities.

He said disposal of 40 lakh pending land correction (parimarjan) applications by March 31 is the government's top priority. This will help streamline farmer registration and facilitate land surveys across the state.
