Deoghar's Shravani Mela concludes, 'Sparsh Puja' begins at Baidyanath Dham

Deoghar, Aug. 9 -- The month-long Rajkiya Shravani Mela 2025 in the temple town of Baba Baidyanath concluded today with the removal of the ceremonial Argha and the start of the traditional *Sparsh Puja* at Baidyanath Dham.

Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate Naman Priyesh Lakra performed a special puja at the shrine to mark the successful conclusion of the fair, followed by the formal removal of the Argha.

The Sardar Panda then conducted the Shodashopachar rituals for the Deputy Commissioner, who offered prayers and expressed gratitude for the smooth and well-managed conduct of the event.

After the puja, the Deputy Commissioner distributed prasad to devotees at Maa Tara temple.
