Hyderabad, Oct. 28 -- District Election Officer and GHMC Commissioner R V Karnan has urged Presiding and Assistant Presiding Officers to discharge their election duties with utmost responsibility and ensure the by-election process in Jubilee Hills Assembly Constituency is conducted smoothly.
Addressing the second phase of training held today at G Narayanamma Engineering College, Sheikhpet, Karnan emphasised that the officers must have a clear understanding of their roles and responsibilities during polling. About 500 officers participated in the training, conducted in two sessions.
