Nagpur, Dec. 30 -- An incident of vandalism was reported at the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) office in Nagpur after a party worker, upset over being denied ticket, allegedly damaged party property on the final day of nomination filing for the municipal corporation elections.

According to party sources, the disturbance occurred on Tuesday at the NCP office located in the Ganesh Peth area, where senior leaders were overseeing the candidate selection process. The worker, identified as Avinash Pardikar, reportedly reacted angrily after his name was excluded from the list of candidates.
