New Delhi, May 15 -- A person was injured after being fired at near Chhatarpur metro station in Mehrauli area of Delhi on Thursday, police said, terming it a case of personal enmity.
Around 1 pm, police received information about a firing incident at CDR Chowk, a police official said. One person was shot in the incident. He has been admitted to the hospital.
Police said that in the initial investigation, it seems to be a case of mutual enmity. The injured person has been identified as Arun Lohia. He is a resident of Aya Nagar and the shooter is also a resident of Aya Nagar.
The police are conducting a detailed investigation into the case.
