New Delhi, Oct. 23 -- Four wanted criminals from Bihar, all carrying a reward of Rs 1 lakh on their arrest, were killed today in an exchange of fire with police in Delhi's Rohini area.
The deceased were part of the Sigma Gang and were wanted in multiple cases of heinous crimes, including murder, attempt to murder, and extortion. The kingpin alone carried a reward of Rs 50,000.
The operation was conducted by a joint raiding team of the Delhi Police Crime Branch and Bihar Police, following specific input regarding the criminals' movement into the capital.
