New Delhi, Feb. 23 -- With Delhi's weather now slowly warming up, the maximum temperature on Monday pegged at 30.5 degrees C, which was five notches above the season's average, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
The minimum temperature recorded during the early morning hours, on the other hand, was normal for the season, with the mercury reading 11.8 degrees C, the weatherman said.
Meanwhile, the city's average air quality index (AQI) continued to be in the 'poor' category with an index value reading of 228, the pollution monitoring agency Central Pollution Control Board's (CPCB) daily AQI bulletin said.
Primary pollutants in the city's air, according to the CPCB, were the O3 and the PM 10 particles, as per the observations...
