New Delhi, Jan. 2 -- A 50-year-old tailor was fatally stabbed during a confrontation with a group of juveniles after he asked them to stop shouting and playing loud music on New Year's Day in Adarsh Nagar, northwest Delhi, police said on Friday.
Police said a juvenile has been arrested in connection with the killing, and efforts are ongoing to locate another suspect.
The deceased, who has been identified as Bihari Lal, was a tailor residing in the Shastri Nagar area, police said, adding that the incident took place on Thursday.
A police source said the altercation began when Lal confronted the group for shouting and playing loud music.
