New Delhi, Dec. 29 -- Delhi Culture Minister Kapil Mishra on Monday announced the three-day literary festival "Delhi Shabdotsav 2026", which will be held from January 2-4 at Major Dhyan Chand Stadium here.

Addressing a press conference, he said the programme will run from 10 am to 10 pm.

The inaugural ceremony of the festival will be held on January 2. Vice President C P Radhakrishnan will be the chief guest and it will be inaugurated by Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta.

Mishra said Delhi Shabdotsav 2026 is not merely an event, but a celebration of India's cultural, literary, and intellectual consciousness. He informed that more than 100 eminent speakers from across the country will participate in this three-day festival.
