New Delhi, Sept. 24 -- Delhi's Social Welfare Minister Ravinder Indraj Singh today hit out at the previous governments in the union Territory, accusing them of neglecting the national capital's rural belt during the past 27 years.
He alleged that the previous state governments did nothing except indulge in scams and deprived Delhi's villages and the poor of their rights, neglecting the entire rural belt of the capital.
Indraj pointed out that there was a lack of cooperation from the previous dispensation concerning the Delhi Metro's expansion, UER Road projects, and DDA initiatives as well as failure on their part in implementing key Central Government schemes such as Ayushman Bharat.
