New Delhi, Nov. 28 -- Following a social media post by Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over Delhi's toxic air, state BJP chief Virendra Sachdeva on Friday said that people of the national capital fully understand that the pollution situation arises every year in the city, and it is a result of the failure of the previous AAP and Congress governments to take concrete steps timely.
He said the past governments did not bother to conduct a study to determine the main causes of pollution over a very long period.
