New Delhi, Oct. 24 -- With the onset of winter, the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi has ramped up its on-ground winter enforcement drive including a pollution management strategy across all districts.
Chairing a review meeting with senior officials, Delhi Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa said that Delhi's pollution management strategy is yielding measurable results.
"Delhi's AQI has improved significantly, today's level of 305 is nearly 50 points better than yesterday's 353. The city is responding to swift, coordinated action on the ground," he stated.
