New Delhi, Sept. 26 -- Two men wanted in a Delhi murder case were arrested in Gurugram today after an encounter with the Special Cell of the Delhi Police.
The accused, identified as Mohit Jakhad and Jatin Rajput, sustained gunshot wounds to their legs. Both were wanted in the murder of Neeraj Tehlan that took place in Najafgarh on July 4.
A senior police official said it was a joint operation with the CIA Gurugram. "We received a tip-off about the criminals, and a trap was laid in Gurugram. The encounter took place at 4.30 am this morning near Sector 99," the official said.
