New Delhi, Nov. 26 -- The Delhi Police has filed a chargesheet in court against self-styled godman Chaitanyanand Saraswati and four others. The case involves allegations of the sexual harassment of students.
According to police sources, the extensive 1,077-page chargesheet was presented to a Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) on Wednesday, marking the conclusion of the initial investigation.
The investigation included statements from 43 witnesses. Chaitanyanand Saraswati faces charges under several sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
