New Delhi, June 3 -- Delhi Police have registered an FIR against unknown persons for alleged "unauthorized" removal of vigilance files from the office of Directorate of Vigilance, according to sources. The sources said the incident took place on the intervening night of 15-16 May. A complaint was given at the IP Estate Police Station, on this basis police filed an FIR on Thursday. It is alleged that sensitive records and vigilance matters involving inquiry into high profile individuals and officials, which were at different stages of inquiry, were alleged to have been removed from the office of Directorate of Vigilance, sources said.
