New Delhi, April 10 -- In a major breakthrough, Delhi Police Special Cell has exposed a large espionage network allegedly operated by Pakistan's intelligence agency, the ISI, and arrested 11 individuals connected to the module.

The sources told UNI that the accused were installing CCTV cameras across multiple locations to monitor sensitive areas, including Army-linked establishments, from Kathua to other parts of North India.
