Chandigarh, Sept. 27 -- In a significant breakthrough, the Special Cell of Delhi Police apprehended Rubal Sardar, a member of the notorious Hashim gang, at Amritsar airport today. The arrest was made as Sardar attempted to flee the country following issuance of a Lookout Circular (LOC) against him.
