New Delhi, Aug. 13 -- In a landmark move to combat vehicular pollution, the Delhi government is evaluating viability of a pilot project to deploy advanced catalytic converter-based retrofitting devices in heavy commercial vehicles.

The initiative, led by the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC), is the first-of-its-kind in the country and reflects the government's strong commitment to harnessing technology for sustainable environmental solutions.
