New Delhi, Aug. 19 -- Delhi's Cooperation Minister Ravinder Indraj Singh today conducted a public hearing at the office of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies (RCS), Delhi, taking note of the issues and complaints of people.

He gave clear directions to the concerned officials to take public grievances seriously and ensure their time-bound redressal.

During the public hearing, the Minister instructed departmental officers to prioritize applications related to Urban Cooperative Banks, Group Housing Societies, and Thrift & Credit Societies.

He further directed that every complaint must be resolved within the stipulated time frame, and that complainants must be duly informed of the resolution in a transparent manner.
