New Delhi, Jan. 1 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on held a meeting with officials of the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) to review steps being taken to control pollution in the national capital. During the meeting, DMRC officials informed CM that anti-smog guns and mist spray systems are being installed at metro stations and along elevated corridors to control dust and reduce pollution. The work is being carried out in a phased and continuous manner.

Rekha Gupta said that DMRC should work as a model agency in Delhi's fight against pollution so that other departments can take inspiration from it. She stressed that providing clean air to the people of Delhi is among the government's top priorities.
