New Delhi, Dec. 15 -- Delhi Mayor Raja Iqbal Singh on Tuesday stressed on the need for "collective responsibility" in addressing the civic challenges of the city. He was speaking at a special meeting of the MCD convened for administering the oath of office of the newly elected councillors at the recent by-elections.
The oath-taking ceremony was held in the presence of members of the House and senior officials of the Corporation.
Congratulating the newly elected Councillors, the Mayor extended his best wishes to all councillors and stressed the need for collective responsibility in addressing civic challenges.
