Bengaluru, Dec. 3 -- Karnataka Congress leader on Wednesday clarified that his planned visit to the national capital on December 14 is solely to attend a private marriage ceremony and carries no political significance, even as he firmly rejected BJP allegations regarding his luxury watch, asserting that it was legally purchased and fully disclosed in official documents.
Speaking to reporters, he said he would attend the private marriage in Delhi and return immediately the next morning to participate in the cabinet meeting.
"I am attending a private marriage and a few small meetings. There is no political importance to this trip," he said, dismissing speculation around the timing of his visit.
