New Delhi, March 20 -- Delhi Lieutenant Governor Taranjit Singh Sandhu on Friday met union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw and discussed issues related to the national capital.

The meeting was held at Vaishnaw's residence in the national capital.

In a post on X, Sandhu said, "Had a great interaction with Ashwini Vaishnaw, union Minister of Railways, Electronics and Information Technology, and Information and Broadcasting. Discussed a range of important issues concerning Delhi."Sandhu, a former Indian Foreign Service officer, was appointed Lieutenant Governor of Delhi on March 6. He succeeded Vinai Kumar Saxena, who has been appointed Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh.
