New Delhi, Nov. 28 -- Delhi Police Crime Branch, in coordination with the Telangana Anti-Narcotics Bureau (TGNAB), dismantled a major transnational drug cartel operating across Delhi-NCR and Hyderabad, an official said today.

According to the police, the meticulously planned multi-location operation led to the seizure of high-value narcotics worth an estimated Rs 12 crore, the arrest of key cartel members, and the detention of 30 foreign nationals overstaying illegally.

"Acting on intelligence shared by TGNAB in connection with an FIR registered, multiple Crime Branch teams conducted raids across Mehrauli, Sant Garh, Nilothi, Mohan Garden, Greater Noida, and Munirka," said Surender Kumar, Joint Commissioner of Police.
