New Delhi, Jan. 5 -- The Delhi High Court on Monday issued notice on a petition filed by former Bihar Chief Minister and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav, challenging the framing of charges against him in the alleged IRCTC corruption case.

Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma sought a response from the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and listed the matter for further hearing on January 14.

Senior Advocate Kapil Sibal appeared on behalf of Yadav, while the CBI was represented by Senior Advocate and Special Public Prosecutor D.P. Singh.
