New Delhi, Jan. 13 -- The Delhi government will launch 81 new Ayushman Arogya Mandir in the city, scaling up their numbers to 319 from 238. The expansion is part of the government's long-term roadmap to establish over 1,100 such centres.

Each Ayushman Arogya Mandir will offer free doctor consultations, essential medicines and diagnostic tests. The services also include screening for diabetes, hypertension and cancer, maternal and child healthcare, immunisation support, growth monitoring, lifestyle counselling, mental health services, and preventive healthcare programmes such as yoga and nutrition guidance.
