New Delhi, Oct. 20 -- The Delhi government has released Rs 325 crore so far in the fiscal 2025-2026 for the overall development of students and strengthening modern education infrastructure in the national Capital.
According to the Chief Minister's Office (CMO), Rs 108 crore has been provided to 12 colleges affiliated with Delhi University for salaries, infrastructure, and operations, to make higher education institutions more efficient and well-organised.
Taking to social media platform X, the CMO today stated that an additional Rs 24 crore has been approved for maintenance and sanitation, ensuring campuses remain clean, safe, and conducive to learning.
