New Delhi, May 29 -- A Delhi Special Court issued notice to the Enforcement Directorate and Central Bureau of Investigation on the application former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, an accused in the Delhi excise policy case, who sought a no objection certificate (NOC) for renewal of his passport.
Special Judge for MPs/MLAs cases Dig Vinay Singh, after the hearing, said: "Issue Notice of this application to CBI/ED. Notice is accepted by Ld. SPP for the CBI & Ld. SPP for ED."
"Time sought to file reply. Replies to be filed with advance copy to the applicant. Put up both the applications for consideration on 04.06.2025," the court said.
