New Delhi, March 5 -- A Delhi Court on Wednesday reserved the Order on the application of Jammu and Kashmir MP Engineer Rashid seeking custody parole to attend the second part of the Budget session of Parliament to begin on March 10.
Additional Sessions Judge(ASJ) Chander Jit Singh after hearing arguments on behalf of Prosecution and Defence Counsel reserved his order for pronouncing on March 7.
The Counsel for Rashid moved an application on February 27 by seeking custody parole on the grounds that as he was a parliamentarian and to fulfil his public duty he need to attend the second session.
