New Delhi, Jan. 27 -- A Delhi Court on Monday listed the defamation complaint filed against Chief Minister Atishi Marlena and AAP MP Sanjay Singh on February 6 for miscellaneous arguments on point of taking cognizance.
Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM) Paras Dalal after hearing the matter said, " Both parties are at liberty to explore the possibility of settlement outside the court before NDOH. Matter be fixed for miscellaneous arguments on point of taking cognizance on 06.02.2025 at 10:30 am."
