New Delhi, Feb. 6 -- A Delhi Court on Thursday adjourned for further hearing a defamation complaint filed against the Union Territory's Chief Minister Atishi Marlena and AAP MP Sanjay Singh.
The court adjourned the matter for hearing further arguments on point of taking cognisance on February 19.
Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM) Paras Dalal after hearing the matter fixed the next date of hearing after the counsel appearing on behalf of the proposed accused sought time to file vakalatnama and address arguments.
The court said,"Matter be fixed for further arguments on 19.02.2025 at 10:30 am".
