New Delhi, April 4 -- Delhi's Dwarka Court has convicted Kavita Mathur, a former sub-inspector with Delhi Police, for forging the signatures of senior police officials on charge sheets and for sending an intimidating SMS to a senior officer.
Judicial Magistrate First Class Saurabh Goyal convicted Mathur under Sections 417, 465, 466, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 506 Part-I of the IPC. The case pertains to offences committed during 2015 when Mathur was posted at PS Palam Village.
