New Delhi, Nov. 6 -- Delhi Police have arrested three alleged key members of the notorious Nasir Gang, dealing a significant blow to the criminal syndicate's operations in the city's trans-Yamuna region.

The arrests are part of an ongoing investigation into a case registered under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA).

Those apprehended include two brothers of the gang's jailed leader, Abdul Nasir -Adil and Shamim, also known as Badar - who are described as principal executors of the gang's operations.

The third individual, Saleem Ahmad, known as 'Pistol', is identified as a proclaimed international arms trafficker.
