New Delhi, Feb. 24 -- The Delhi Congress today alleged that the arrest and criminal proceedings against Youth Congress workers who protested during the AI Impact Summit at Bharat Mandapam were "unconstitutional" and amounted to a "murder of democracy".
A high-level delegation of the Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee, led by its president Devender Yadav and AICC treasurer and Rajya Sabha MP Ajay Maken, met Leiutenant Governor V K Saxena and submitted a memorandum raising concerns over the arrest and prosecution of Youth Congress members, including Indian Youth Congress president Udaybhanu Chib.
