New Delhi, Aug. 30 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta today condemned the alleged insult heaped on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's late mother in a purported video that went viral on the internet, and charged opposition Congress and the Rashtriya Janata Dal with having a "distorted mentality".
In the video, a man is seen using derogatory words against the PM and his late mother, during an opposition rally in poll-bound Bihar's Darbhanga.
