New Delhi, March 12 -- With summer approaching and water demand expected to rise across the national capital, Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Thursday reviewed the Summer Action Plan 2026, directing officials to enhance water supply monitoring using GPS tracking and a dedicated mobile application.

Chairing a high-level meeting at the Delhi Secretariat, Gupta assessed the preparedness of the Delhi Jal Board (DJB) to ensure adequate water availability during peak summer months.

The meeting was attended by Water Minister Parvesh Sahib Singh, Chief Secretary Rajiv Verma, DJB CEO Kaushal Raj Sharma and other senior officials.
