New Delhi, Jan. 7 -- Delhi CM Rekha Gupta has asked officials to ensure prompt and time-bound resolution of citizens' problems during Jan Sunwai, saying direct engagement with people makes governance more sensitive, accountable and effective.
The CM stressed that Jan Sunwai is not merely a forum for complaints, but a strong platform for participation, trust and solution-oriented governance. Public expectations form the basis of policies and administrative functioning, the Chief Minister said.
The Delhi government is working with public interest at its core, she said, adding taking every problem seriously, considering every suggestion, and ensuring timely solutions for every citizen remain the government's highest priorities.
