New Delhi, Feb. 24 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Tuesday laid the foundation stone for 49 development projects worth about Rs 264 crore in the Mundka Assembly constituency, aiming to boost civic infrastructure in rural parts of the national Capital.
Addressing the gathering, Gupta said when completed, the projects would significantly improve road connectivity and traffic facilities in the area. She said residents would get access to clean drinking water, while the sewerage network would also be strengthened. Schools and healthcare services would be upgraded, leading to an improved standard of living.
