New Delhi, Sept. 24 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Tuesday emphasised that cleanliness is not just a task but a way of life, and added that until everyone makes cleanliness a daily habit, the dream of a 'Swachh Delhi' will not be realised.

"A one-day drive cannot solve the problem. This has to be a regular effort, involving institutions, public representatives, officials and every citizen," she said.

She made a strong appeal that people must not dirty the city with wall writing and posters, stressing that such acts are offence.
